All returns must be requested through the contact form. The buyer has a period of 10 days from the receipt of the order to return any product that would not be suitable, in its original packaging, undamaged and unopened.
Axolotl Beauty will then refund the returned product. The return postage is at the customer’s expense. No product will be taken back, exchanged or refunded because of an allergy.
The return of products will result in a refund equal to the purchase price of the product(s) purchased. The refund includes any initial delivery charges. The customer will receive an e-mail or phone call upon receipt of the returned product to inform him/her of the amount of the refund. The refund will be made within a maximum of 10 days from the date of withdrawal (date confirmed in the email sent to the customer) according to Article L121-20-1 of the Consumer Code.
