The present general conditions of sale apply to all sales concluded through the website www.axolotlbeauty.com.
GENERAL
These general conditions of sale govern the relations AXOLOTL BEAUTY and its customers.
AXOLOTL BEAUTY may occasionally modify the terms of its own general conditions of sale, so it is recommended to read them periodically.
These potential changes are applicable as of its publication on the website, and will not be applied to contracts concluded in advance.
Each purchase on the website is governed by the terms and conditions applicable at the time of the order. Thus, before making a transaction, the customer declares that he/she knows and accepts, without any reservation, the general conditions of the moment when he/she makes the purchase.
In the event that one or more provisions of these terms and conditions are declared invalid or unenforceable, the validity and enforceability of the remaining terms and conditions shall remain unaffected and shall not be affected in any way or modified.
The possible damage or harm that could occur to the goods, once they have been placed at the disposal of the buyer will be the responsibility of himself, except in cases of fraud, fault or negligence attributable to AXOLOTL BEAUTY.
Placing an order
Orders will be placed on the website: www.axolotlbeauty.com, which will remain operational every month of the year, 24 hours a day.
Confirmation of the order
Once the order is placed, AXOLOTL BEAUTY will confirm by e-mail. The sale will be finalized after confirmation.
The order will be validated only when the customer has made the payment of the order.
AXOLOTLBEAUTY reserves the right not to confirm an order for causes such as out of stock, undeliverable product or problems with the order.
The delivery of the order
The delivery shall take place at the place indicated at the time of the order.
The products purchased at AXOLOTL BEAUTY will be sent to all France, as well as European countries.
Upon delivery, the customer agrees to sign the receipt with the person making the delivery, where the customer can reflect any observations.
If the products are damaged or the products have not been delivered in full, the customer will have a period of two days to claim by e-mail, postal mail to AXOLOTL BEAUTY, 3 Route de la Vendinelle, 31460, Albiac France.
Delivery
The delivery times are those indicated in the offer.
These terms are understood as agreed for normal situations. AXOLOTL BEAUTY refuses to be responsible for delays in deliveries in cases of force majeure and other facts that are reasonably beyond the control AXOLOTL BEAUTY.
The delay in delivery of goods for any of the reasons mentioned in the preceding paragraph will not result in any compensation by AXOLOTL BEAUTY, nor confer on the buyer the termination of the sales contract.
Prices
The sales prices are indicated in euros. VAT not applicable article 293 B of the General Tax Code (CGI).
The shipping costs, to be added to the total quantity of the selected products, are charged to the buyer.
Delivery charges will be determined before the order is confirmed and the process completed.

Method of payment
Payment can be made by the following means:
Credit or debit card (Master card, Visa or Visa Electron). By using this payment method, your order will not be processed until the payment is authorized by your bank.
Bank transfer to the account indicated at the time of the order.
The concept of the transfer must contain the payment reference that will be indicated when ordering.
Product information
AXOLOTL BEAUTY uses natural raw materials selected through a rigorous quality control procedure.
The products sold by AXOLOTL BEAUTY meet the requirements of REGULATION (EC) No 1223/2009 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 30 November 2009 on cosmetic products.
Availability
Orders will be shipped while supplies last. If a product is not available in stock, AXOLOTL BEAUTY sends an e-mail to the customer indicating the time in which the item could be shipped.
In case of unavailability in stock and if the customer does not agree with the communicated delay, the customer will have the right to ask for the restitution of the paid amount which will take place within a maximum of 10 days from the return request.
Warranty
The customer is the beneficiary of the legal guarantee of possible hidden defects in products purchased from AXOLOTL BEAUTY.
The responsibility of AXOLOTL BEAUTY is limited to the obligation to replace, without charge, the defective products.
The warranty is void if the damage is caused by a lack of proper use.
Returns
Returns are accepted only in cases where the product is in a deteriorated appearance or condition. The acceptance of the withdrawal of the goods will be validated by AXOLOTL BEAUTY, and the carrier designated by AXOLOTL BEAUTY.
2 options will be offered to the customer:
-Replace the returned product with another identical product.
-Refund the amount of the returned item.
Cancellation of the order
The cancellation of an order requires the written consent of AXOLOTL BEAUTY, and in any case, the minimum remuneration received by AXOLOTL BEAUTY will be 25% of the amount of the order.
Disputes and responsibilities
The competent courts to resolve any question or dispute that may arise between the parties concerning the interpretation or execution of this contract are those to be applied and specified by law.
